Prices are based on six people sharing and are for the week in UK pounds. The property has a Saturday changeover but can be flexible out of season (November - March).
- The villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure and will generally be available from 2pm on arrival day. If these times cause you problems please contact me.
- Discounts available for long winter lets between November and March please call or e/mail for details.
- Two additional children can be accommodated on z-beds at £60 each per week.
- Air conditioning is included in the above rates.
- Pool heating is £125 per week. The pool is for sole use of the clients staying at the villa.
- There is a maid service three times per week.
- Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
- A cot, highchair and booster seat can be provided free of charge.
- We have a local English speaking management agent who looks after the property for us.Their office is located 5 minutes drive from the villa and they will be able to assist you whilst you are on holiday. You will also be provided with an out of hours emergency telephone number and there is an information folder at the villa.
